- • Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- • Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees as they progress through successive levels of technical ability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- • Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.
- • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training and development and generate reports to track the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.
